1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Meow Up (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License and Scope The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
3. Third-Party Services The App utilizes third-party services such as Google Play Games, AdMob, and Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. The developer is not responsible for the functionality or availability of these third-party services.
4. Prohibited Conduct Users are prohibited from:
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
Using cheats, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify the service.
Engaging in any activity that interferes with the App’s advertising display or data collection.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
No Data Backup: Since the App does not operate a dedicated backend server, the developer is not liable for any loss of game data (scores, achievements, etc.) resulting from app deletion, device replacement, or cache clearing.
Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
